QIs my personal information safe when I sign up?

Prototie Academy complies with the Personal Information Protection Act and the Information and Communications Network Act.
All information provided during registration is securely protected.

QCan I change my username?
A

Usernames cannot be changed directly. Please contact customer support for assistance.

QI forgot my username and password.
A

Click the Login button and select Forgot ID / Password.
After email verification, a temporary password will be issued to you.

QHow can I delete my account?
A

After logging in, go to My Classroom > Edit Profile, then select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.

 

QCan I sign up again after deleting my account?
A

Yes, you can sign up again. However, your previous username cannot be reused.

QHow can I update my personal information?
A

After logging in, go to My Classroom > Edit Profile to update your personal information.

QCan I access the course on PC and mobile at the same time?
A

Simultaneous login is not allowed due to security policies. Please log out from your current device first, then log in on the other device.

QThe video player will not install.
A

When installing Kollus Player, all running browsers are automatically closed.
Installation errors may occur if some browser processes are still running in the background.
Please completely close all browser processes and then try installing the player again.

QI see the message “Capture program detected.”
A

Kollus Player has a feature that automatically stops playback when screen or audio capture programs are running in order to protect content copyrights.

If you see the message “Capture program detected,” please close the capture program and then play the video again.

* For PC Users

It is recommended to uninstall the capture program and reboot your computer, or completely terminate the related processes before starting the lecture.

-Even if the program is not running, playback may be blocked if its process is still active in the background.
-If you uninstall the program but do not reboot, remaining processes may still block playback.
-Some antivirus programs (e.g., Virus Chaser) may mistakenly detect the player as a malicious file and prevent playback.

In this case, temporarily disable or uninstall the antivirus program, reboot your computer, and then play the video again.

For Mac OS / macOS Users

Please completely quit the QuickTime program.

-QuickTime for Mac includes a built-in screen recording function.
-If QuickTime is running, Kollus Player may not run.
-QuickTime is a default macOS application and cannot be uninstalled.
-Therefore, you must quit the QuickTime program from the top menu.
For Chrome Users

Please remove capture-related extensions (such as Snagit) from Chrome extensions.

* For Mobile Users

If you only remove the shortcut icon, the capture app may not be completely deleted.
Please make sure the capture app is fully uninstalled from the app settings.

It is recommended to uninstall capture apps such as Mobizen and reboot your device.

QI cannot download the video.
